  • Public service announcements

  • Caribbean artist promotion and airplay

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You also confirm that any information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Most of our services are provided free as part of our nonprofit mission. However, certain sponsorships, event coverage, and promotion packages may involve a fee. Payment terms will be outlined in your specific agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content created by WHPB- LP 98.5FM Island Fever—including but not limited to music mixes, interviews, artwork, and promotional materials—remains our intellectual property. Clients and contributors are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use relevant materials for non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed. You represent that any content you provide does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information exchanged during our working relationship secure and private. This includes contact information, promotional details, and unpublished materials.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WHPB- LP 98.5FM Island Fever is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the total fee paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold WHPB- LP 98.5FM Island Fever, its team, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our services, your submitted content, or your breach of these Terms.
