Who We Are

The Caribbean Social Education Foundation (CSEF) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing cultural and community education through entertainment. As the nonprofit entity that supports WHPB-LP 98.5FM Island Fever, we use the power of broadcasting to uplift, inform, and connect the Caribbean-American community in Orlando and beyond.

Our foundation exists to ensure that Island Fever FM is more than just a radio station — it is a platform for education, culture, and community engagement. Through music, talk shows, storytelling, and cultural programming, we celebrate Caribbean heritage while addressing the real needs of our community.

Community Impact Through Broadcasting

Through WHPB-LP 98.5FM Island Fever, the Caribbean Social Education Foundation amplifies the stories, rhythms, and perspectives of the Caribbean diaspora. Our work includes:
